So you’ve done a great job so far, you’ve got your guests booked and settled in. What are you going to do now to get them to come back next time? Obviously great customer service is key - but next to that, how will they remember you? Hotels have many challenges to retain customers. Brand recognition is a key challenge. Here are the Top 10 Hotel Promotional Products to keep your brand memorable and keep your guests coming back.

1. Ink Pens. Custom imprinted ink pens are a staple at any and all hotels. All guests will need it at some point. And if you make sure it’s a quality one, they will leave with it. Now, what to use it on…
2. Note Pads. Custom note pads are an absolute must! What good is that ink pen if you don’t have any paper to write on. Just make sure that it’s large enough to actually use. At my latest hotel, the note pad was about 2″ wide - that just doesn’t cut it for note taking. Make sure it’s at least a 3″ x 5″ or 4″ x 6″.
